Captains Drive In 2021
Captain Edward Hickey and Lady Captain Neil Suipeal were on hand on bank holiday Monday for a belated but most welcome hosting of the captain’s drive in for 2021. As always, Pat Murphy had the first tee in pristine condition worthy of the occasion as members of the ladies and gents club turned out in force to support their respective captains. Both our captains have already put in an enormous effort in introducing the new WHS programme and getting the golfing year up and running . We wish Edward and Neil every success for the remainder

Gradual Return to Normality
Hard to believe that five weeks have passed since golf clubs reopened following the lockdown. Whereas we are all delighted to be back playing it has been difficult to organize any definite programme regarding fixtures. Thankfully as we go through the phases we are now in a position to make some progress. Plans are being finalized for a midweek 9-hole qualifier and the regular weekend gents competitions. Some members have been asking why we didn’t

Upcoming events was another headline on the weekly template. Over the past eighteen months or so a lot of changes have taken place that may change the way we live our lives in
