As full results were not available at time of going to press last week, following are the full results from our Easter Open competitions.

Pierce Purcell team goes down to Dungarvan GC

Hard luck to our Pierce Purcell who went down 3 -1 to Dungarvan GC today in a game of many twists & turns. Thanks to Stephen, JP, David, Patsy, Mark, Padraig, Pat and Owen who represented our club so well. Also, to Niall for ensuring it was all well organised. We wish Dungarvan GC team the best of luck in the next round.

Reminder that entries for the Club Mixed foursomes will close on 2^nd May. So if you are interested in participating in this fun competition, make sure you submit your names to the list in the ladies locker room, or next to the computer in the hallway.

Séamus Power Makes Solid Return on PGA Tour

After a week off, Séamus Power returns on the PGA Tour action this week at The CJ Cup, Byron Nelson at McKinney Texas. After a couple of indifferent last few events, Séamus will be looking to get back into the groove and get a couple of big finishes. With most of the top 50 ranked players focussed on the upcoming PGA Championship, and thus not having this tournament in their schedule, this week provides a good opportunity for a top 20 finish.
