Condolences

On behalf of all West Waterford members I would like to pass on my condolences to club member Liam O’Brien on the recent passing of his brother Seamus.

Presidents Prize 2024 (Jim Moroney)

Probably the hardest working and most accessible President the club has had in recent times, if anyone deserved to have a good weekend for his prize, our 2024 President Jim Moroney deserved to. Thankfully the weekend was a great success from start to finish ending with a superb prize giving ceremony on Sunday evening. Scoring was very close for the beautiful array of prizes, but in the end Brian Collins emerged victorious by one shot from the in-form Brian Hilliard. In all, President Jim presented fourteen prizes on the night (prize winners pictured) and spoke some lovely words in his opening speech. Congratulations, Jim, on a very enjoyable weekend. Thank you for the work you do around the club and best of luck for the remainder of the year.
