Our annual “Play in Pink Day” with all proceeds being contributed to Breast Cancer Research will be held on Sunday 29th September. This event has proved very popular over the last couple of years and, no doubt, will continue this year. The emphasis will be on fun and, of course, dressing in pink. There may even be a little prize for the best “turned out” (in pink, of course). I’m sure many of our ladies are trawling the vintage shops to get that perfect “pink” outfit. The West Waterford ladies are brilliant to support Breast Cancer Research and no doubt the pink army will turn out in force again.
