However, our Saturday evening golf continues until the end of September. On last Sat., Rueben O’Brien took 1st prize in the 9-hole competition, with a score of 19pts off the white tees. Well done, Rueben!

Our final two majors, the two matchplay competitions, are still ongoing. The foursomes matchplay is at the final stage and there is one QF to be played in the Singles. Life on the Professional Circuit, with Séamus Power & Gary Hurley

With Séamus Power not playing until the Amgen Irish Open, commencing 12th Sept., it was only Gary in competition again last week, at the Rosa Challenge Tour in Poland. With rounds of 70, 67, 71 and 76, Gary made the weekend cut and ended up finishing T60. This week, Gary heads to the Omega European Masters, played at the spectacular Crans-sus-Sierre course in Switzerland. If you get a chance, tune into Sky Sports Golf on Thursday to see the beautiful scenery and hopefully some coverage of Gary. We wish him good luck.
